Refund policy

At Nutra Vibe, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In its original condition and packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a shipping label and instructions for sending back the product.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon arrival.
If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale items or gift cards


Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product following approval, and then place a new order for the replacement.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days without explanation.
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
