How can I check my order status?
Nutra Vibes makes it easy for you to track your order!
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Simply enter that number on our Track My Order page and click the Track button.
It’s that simple — you’ll instantly see where your package is and the stages your delivery has gone through.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
You can return any new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery.
If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@nutravibes.com with your order details.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.
Returned products must be:

In unused and resalable condition

Accompanied by the original receipt
Please double-check your order (size, color, etc.) before placing it to avoid unnecessary returns.

We only issue store credit for products purchased at a discount of 25% or more.

Refunds or store credits will be processed within 15 days after your return is received and inspected.

Returns must be initiated and shipped back within 15 days of receiving your order.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method for full-priced items only.

Exchanges are provided via store credit for eligible items.

Return shipping costs are not covered by Nutra Vibes.

Items returned in used or damaged condition will not be accepted and may be sent back at your expense.

Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable.

Shipping charges and government taxes are non-refundable.

Order cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items within 60 minutes of placing the order.

LATE OR MISSING ORDERS
